Magic wand were the contractor of choice to provide construction cleaning services for Castleoak care partnerships as part of their £450 million redevelopment of Suffolk’s care homes, on this particular building as well as providing a 3 stage builders/sparkle clean for our client we also provided, brickwork cleaning, pressure washing of pathways and car park areas, carpet cleaning, welfare cleans, regular showroom cleaning, we even supplied extra labourers on day rates when it was needed, our work was completed over a nine week period and the building handed over on time and on budget.
